In addition to his event leadership, Rajesh played a significant role in the development of the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in South Brunswick, New Jersey, further demonstrating his commitment to service, cultural continuity, and community leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rajesh is now focused on applying his operational expertise to scale Royal Media Group by building efficient systems and sustainable growth models that support long-term success for clients, partners, and community-driven brands.
